4. Eligibility

To use AiVENGE, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Not reside in a jurisdiction where the use of the platform is prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiVENGE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. If arbitration is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.
